Software built from problems, not pitches
We work inside companies, see the same friction show up across teams and industries, and build focused tools to eliminate it.
Focused tools that save you hours
Each product solves one specific problem well. No bloat, no feature creep.
TourCockpit
Booking and dispatch for tour bus companies. Every reseller you work with gets their own login and sees live availability for the tours you grant them, so they book directly instead of phoning the office for each check, each booking, and each change. The office still runs the day on one real-time board: bookings, guides, vans, pickups and month-end commissions in one system, in five languages.
C3
C3 turns your always-on dev machine into an autonomous agent platform. Slack alerts and Discord messages trigger headless Claude Code sessions that investigate errors, trace code, create PRs, and report back. Watch the agent work live from your browser, or continue the conversation from your phone. Open source (Apache 2.0), bring your own machine, your own tunnel, your own channels.
Style Guide
Building a design system from scratch takes weeks of picking colors, pairing fonts, and testing combinations. Style Guide turns a plain-language description of your brand into complete design systems — colors, typography, shadows, and spacing — ready to use in minutes. Refine through conversation, branch in a visual tree, and export to any platform.
OneOps
We are no longer writing code. We are summoning it. OneOps is the practice that makes the summoning reliable. Declare the company in code. Let AI flow into every space the structure reveals. Humans return to the work only humans can do.
monday2github
This product catalog could not be loaded at build time. It will appear once the product endpoint is reachable.
Digitizer
Drop in a PDF or image — printed, scanned, faxed, rotated, multilingual, even handwritten — get back clean structured JSON. A hybrid pipeline combines classical OCR (Tesseract OSD, bbox geometry) with a vision-language model (Qwen3-VL-235B) so each step uses the cheapest tool that solves it correctly. Every field comes back with a bounding box, so the UI can highlight exactly what the model saw. API-key authenticated and agent-ready out of the box.
HireScout
HireScout connects to your ATS (Ashby first, more coming), enriches each candidate with Apollo and GitHub, and uses RAG plus GPT-4.1 to score them against the criteria you care about. You describe the role in YAML, HireScout returns a ranked, filterable dashboard with strengths, concerns, and tailored interview questions for every applicant. Built for hiring managers who are drowning in hundreds of applications and need a faster way to find the signal.
WealthPlan
WealthPlan is a Canadian mortgage vs. investment simulator for homeowners. Plug in your mortgage, your extra cash, and your province. See whether accelerating your mortgage, loading up your TFSA, or maxing your RRSP leaves you with the most wealth — with 2025 tax brackets, TFSA and RRSP rules, and year-by-year projections.
Impact Pulse
A survey platform built for nonprofits to measure program outcomes. Collect participant feedback, track impact over time, and generate reports that funders actually want to see.
Agent Inbox
Running one AI coding session needs no tooling. Running a dozen across a laptop and a dev box is a different job, and the agents are not the bottleneck: keeping track of them is. Agent Inbox inverts the polling. Three hooks on every machine post to a channel you already own, and a native Mac app turns that into a menubar inbox, so a finished session or one blocked on a permission prompt interrupts you instead of waiting to be found. Open source, MIT, and there is no server: the transport is an ntfy topic or your own private Discord channel.
How we build
Ship fast, learn faster. Every product follows the same playbook.
Real problems first
Every product traces back to a pattern seen across multiple companies. We build from problems we encounter firsthand, not from brainstorming sessions.
Validate before you build
Customer conversations and pre-sales come before code. If no one will pay for it, we don't build it.
Production-grade from day one
CI/CD, monitoring, encrypted secrets, containerized deploys. Every product runs on the same proven infrastructure from its first commit.
Revenue is proof of value
Paying customers mean the problem is real and the solution works. Revenue proves what surveys cannot.
From the blog
Notes from building these products, written by our founder Chip on ciprianrarau.com.
White Label in One Conversation
Our first customer wanted the product to wear their name: their own subdomain, their brand on the login page. By the end of one conversation it was live in production, with DNS in code, and a rule that a signed-in user never sees our domain again.
The Help Center That Films Itself
Every help page in TourCockpit is written from the spec, rendered with the real product components, and topped with a narrated film in the reader's language. Nobody records anything. The whole thing regenerates on demand.
Style Is Data: I Rebranded an Entire Product in One Shot
App, marketing site, dark mode, PDFs, icons, and 38 product videos, all moved to a new brand in one push. Not because I worked fast. Because style was never hard-coded in the first place.
The Agents Finished. Nobody Noticed.
A dozen AI sessions running in parallel, and the slow part was me walking between terminals to see which ones were done. The compute was never the constraint. My attention was, and nothing in the stack was managing it.
